Take your pup out to the Wickenburg Dog Park for a fun day off leash. The dog park offers a separate area for large and small dogs, plus plenty of shade from trees, chairs and picnic tables for owners, and agility equipment for the more energetic dogs. The park offers gravel and dirt to run on, and water bowls for your dog. If Fido isn't a fan of the dog park, head over to Sunset Park which is next door. This park offers baseball diamonds, a splash pad, and a playground. There is a lot of room at this park where Fido can get a good walk in with you.

Southeastern

If you and Fido are roaming around the Southeastern neighborhood and get a bit hungry, stop into one of the two great restaurants in the neighborhood. The Mecca Bar and Grill offers a great atmosphere with amazing food. Their menu includes burgers, sandwiches, and local craft beer. Nana's Sandwich Shoppe is a delicious eatery that offers favorites like pasta, salads, and even a traditional turkey dinner. Both of these fantastic restaurants offer dog friendly patios and welcome your four legged friend to join you while you enjoy a tasty meal. After wards, stop by Coffinger Park for a good walk. The park offers a playground, tennis courts, picnic tables, and plenty of grass to roll around on.

Vista Ciudad

The Maguire Park is a lovely park to hang out at with your furry pal. The park has great amenities like a basketball court, swings, plenty of trees to help provide shade, and a picnic area with grills. Their playground at this park is covered so eveyone can have fun even with the heat. There is a great walking path around and throughout the park where you and your dog can get a good walk in together, plus plenty of grass that Fido can roll around on or play a game of fetch. Make sure when you're visiting to bring water and your clean-up bags with you.

Circle City

If you and Fido are looking for a new park to explore together, head out to Morristown and check out Duncan Park. This pawsome park offers a basketball court, shaded picnic area, and swings. There is a great walking path around and throughout the park where you and your pup can get a good walk in before heading home. The park does offer some trees for shade, but make sure you bring water in case it gets hot. Located in Morristown, and only ten miles away, your pup will love hanging out at this park with you.

Harquahala Mountain

Grab Fido and go on a great hike on the Harquahala Mountain Trail. This trail is 12.4-miles long with a 3,7078-foot elevation gain in an out and back route. The trail can be difficult, so make sure you and Fido are up for the challenge. There is no shade on the path, and your dog needs to stay on leash while you hike. You will see a ton of natural wildlife while you are hiking and get a goregous view of the desert. Make sure to bring plenty of water for the two of you while you are out hiking. Located on the outskirts of Aguila and 25-miles out of Wickenburg, your pup will love hiking this trail with you.
