The Alston Park is mostly an off-leash dog park, but there are certain marked areas where your pooch will need to be on a leash. This park is a good size and is mainly wood chips with a few spots of grass. The park provides clean up materials for you, such as waste bags and waste stations to make cleanup easier. You will need to bring extra water for you and your canine pal because there is not a lot of shade at this park. There is running water available, but it is not always turned on. Benches are provided so you can rest and relax while your pal plays. There is also agility equipment for your pal to play on with other canine friends.
