Your dog will love her morning walks along the sidewalks with you admiring the trees and bushes that are full of singing birds and bustling squirrels. You will need to keep your waste bags in your hand while you explore, and be sure to do your part to leave the neighborhood just as you found it. You may want to keep your dog on a short leash, as the sidewalks can be narrow in certain places. If your dog needs space around other dogs, keep that in mind while making your way through North Hawaiian Gardens.

You will be able to leash up your excited canine and take him for a long walk through winding residential streets and see almost every type of residence available at a glance through the center of town. If you are interested in moving to Central Hawaiian Gardens, keep in mind that you are only a fifteen-minute drive from the nearest small park, but there aren’t any sizable parks within walking distance to speak of here. If your dog loves the city life as much as you do, however, this shouldn’t be a problem.

When you are ready to leave, grab some clean towels from your car to dry off before heading off to your next adventures. Don’t forget to sneak your pup some treats for good behavior!

There are two parks here that are awesome for dogs and humans to run and play. Forest Lawn Park is to the east, and Arnold Cypress Park is to the west.
