Central Malibu
The Escondido Falls Trail is a beautiful 4-mile out-and-back hike that will give you a stunning view of the Escondido Falls. The trail is a steep one and may be challenging for you and your dog, so make sure you wear good shoes and take breaks if your pup needs it. Your dog needs to be on leash the entire time, and be sure to pack water and clean-up bags since it is a conservancy zone. This trail is very popular with locals and horseback riders, so your dog will love all the socializing he can do. After a great hike stop by Geoffrey’s Malibu. Geoffrey’s offers tasty California cuisine and has a great outdoor patio that your dog will love.

The park has miles of different trails that you and your dog can hike and explore, but your pup does need to be on leash always. The park will give you a beautiful view of the California coast line.
