These rock formations may seems familiar, as the Vasquez Rocks Trail has been used in TV shows and films, including Star Trek and Austin Powers. Follow in the footsteps of the stars as you and your dog explore the rocky terrain, spotting the local wildlife, and make use of your feet, paws and claws. With a peak resting north of Angeles Crest, this mountain forest trail will give you and your pup the chance to climb high, and travel further, than you have ever been before. With a scenic forest landscapes, the potential to spot stunning wildlife, and all the exciting sights and smells nature has to offer an adventurous canine, The Mount Williamson Trail is definitely a journey for the wild at heart.

Santa Clarita

The appropriately named Central Bark is a dog park at the heart of the Santa Clarita, located about 45 minutes away from Palmdale. With 1.3 acres of land, divided into separate areas for big and small dogs, this park will give you the chance to mingle with mutts, scruffs and fluffy pups! Bring along a ball, a stick, or a frisbee, because this off-leash park has enough space to really get some good games going, and a chance to meet new friends! Central Bark is a fun, friendly part of the local community – one fur all the canine family to enjoy.
