This off-leash park is located 25 miles from Indian Shores in Palm Harbor, and it includes one large, fenced-in area where dogs can play and make new friends. If your dog gets hot after playing in the Florida sunshine, there are cooling stations available with showers. There are also doggy water fountains in the park. Inverness Park is home to a popular off-leash area, Enterprise Dog Park. This 156.3-acre park is just six miles from Indian Shores, and it welcomes dogs on-leash. While you’re here, you can take your pup for a walk on the park’s 1.8-mile multipurpose trail. This trail goes through woodlands filled with palm trees and pine trees, and it also takes you along the park’s scenic 53-acre lake. Rosetree Place is home to the always fun Boca Ciega Millennium Dog Park. This 1.5-acre dog run is about four miles from Indian Shores, and it has separate areas for large and small dogs to play in.
