Duncan Drive and Lane Park

Duncan Drive and Lane Park

Tavares has its very own off-leash park, and you'll find it on the western side of the city in the Duncan Drive and Lane Park neighborhood. Lake Idamere Park is a 45-acre park with a one-mile nature trail, a two-mile hiking trail, sports fields, playgrounds, and the off-leash dog park. The Lake Idamere Dog Park has separate sections for dogs of different sizes, and there's also a variety of agility equipment in the park, including ramps and tunnels. With the exception of the playgrounds, your dog is welcome to join you in other areas of Lake Idamere Park as long as they're on a leash.
