Carlton

Head out to the Watson Mill Bridge State Park with your pup by your side. This dogtastic state park offers 1,118 acres filled with picnic shelters, campgrounds, a playground, and covered bridges. There are hiking trails that you and Fido can explore together, or take your kayak out on the river for a great time on water. Make sure to pay attention to Fido since hunting is allowed in the area. Fido is also welcome in the cottages and campsites that the park offers. Located in Comer, and only ten miles out of Hull, your pup will have a pawsome time at this park.

Trail Creek Street

Located in Athens and nine miles out of Hull, your pup will love the small car ride over to visit the dogtastic Trail Creek Park. This area is a beautiful park that offers a bike trail, playgrounds, and fitness equipment. There is a great paved walking path that you and your dog can use for a fun walk, plus grass that Fido can play fetch on. The Trail Creek runs through the park, perfect if your pup loves splashing around in the water. You'll also find a splash pad, lots of grassy space, and picnic pavilions. Be suer to keep your pup leashed throughout.

Woodland Hills

Memorial Park is a pawsome spot to hang out at with your dog. The park offers play equipment, nature trails, a pond, and swimming pool. There is also a dog park inside of Memorial Park where Fido can run around off-leash and meet other dogs. With 1.5-arces of land to play on, plus plenty of benches and shade, your dog will love this park. The Oconee Forest Park is right next door, and offers 850 miles of trails that you and Fido can explore together. The park also offers historic ruins and camping that your pup will love. Located in Athens, your pup will want to visit this park again.

Westchester

Bishop Park is a huge park that your dog will love running around. This 33 acre park houses a baseball field, tennis courts, picnic pavilions, and playgrounds. There is a paved walking trail throughout the park that your dog can get a great day of exercise on. Make sure that your pup stays on a leash while at Bishop Park, and bring along water and clean-up bags. Sometimes this park can be busy since there is a public outdoor pool that can be used.
