“Taking care of animals is what I love to do.”

I love animals and am always happy to meet a new face. I know how much dogs miss their parents, and I want the time away from them to be enjoyable and as stress-free as it can be. I have worked in a vet clinic and an animal shelter, so I have experience in intense situations. I want to improve and share my love and education of taking care of other animals. I am majoring in animal science and am pursuing veterinarian school after earning my bachelor’s degree. I cannot wait to meet your dog!

Dog Walking in Moscow

Welcome to Moscow! The city features the safety and friendliness of a small town, paired with big city attributes, urban amenities, events and year-round shopping. Bordered by the state of Washington to the west, Moscow is surrounded by national forests and mesmerizing rolling hills of the Palouse. Moscow hosts enough pet-friendly amenities if you are traveling with Fido, including 4 veterinary clinics with high-quality services.

Moscow Dog Park features an off-leash enclosed area with a fence and lots of room to run! Set outside the city center, the place attracts a crowd of visitors – both regulars and newcomers to enjoy the freedom of off-leash activities and play. Let your mutt burn off all his energy exercising or wrestling with other canines in the open play area.

If you love challenging your pup with long walks, Moscow has great amenities for you! Try your hand (and paw!) at the Latah Trail, stretching for 12 miles between Moscow and Troy with a 10-foot-wide paved path. The trail has a bit of everything, including breathtaking views, tunnels, and bridges, making it an amazing walking adventure with your pooch. You can also try a different direction via Bill Champion Palouse Trail, stretching for 7 miles along the rolling wheat fields and serving as a connection between two states – Idaho and Washington.

Looking for lodging? There are plenty of options for you and your mutt in the western part of the city, with a choice for every budget and need. Motel 6 Moscow is just one, and doesn't charge any additional fees for your buddy to stay!
