Bettendorf Center
If you and your dog drive north across the Illinois border into Iowa, you'll arrive in central Bettendorf in only 20 minutes. This is where you'll discover the Crow Creek Dog Park. One section of the off-leash park sits on more than four acres of land, and it's a space where dogs of all sizes can interact. There's a separate section nearly three acres in size reserved for dogs who weigh less than 25 pounds. A six-foot fence surrounds the park, and it also has doggy water fountains, waste disposal supplies, and public restrooms. There are often canine-themed events at Crow Creek Dog Park, so be sure to keep an eye out for them.36

Southwest Rock Island
Even though Milan doesn't have its own off-leash park, there's a pawesome dog park just a five-minute drive away. The Eleanor Wallace Dog Park can be found in southwestern Rock Island, Illinois as part of Hasselroth Park. The dog park opened in 1999, but in 2016, it was renamed to honor Eleanor Wallace, a Rock Island resident and long-time member of the parks and recreation committee. This park doesn't separate dogs by weight, so your pooch will meet friends of all sizes. There are water fountains and waste disposal supplies, as well as funky play fire hydrants your dog will get a kick out of!24
