Even though Milan doesn't have its own off-leash park, there's a pawesome dog park just a five-minute drive away. The Eleanor Wallace Dog Park can be found in southwestern Rock Island, Illinois as part of Hasselroth Park. The dog park opened in 1999, but in 2016, it was renamed to honor Eleanor Wallace, a Rock Island resident and long-time member of the parks and recreation committee.
