Hi! My name is Perri, and I've been living in Boston for the past 7 years. Growing up, I had 2 chocolate labradors, Bubba and Dudley, who I cared for and followed me all around the neighborhood making friends. In my adult life, I've cared for/trained pets for friends and roommates including a pitbull puppy named Paisley, an English bulldog puppy named Jasper, and a Yorkshire Terrier named Tammy. I currently have a mixed breed rescue dog named Kane. He has opened up to me and become super sweet to people in the time that I've had him. I like dogs of all shapes and sizes, and I have the patience, temperament, and experience to handle many different breeds. I can't wait to meet your pup too!

I love dogs of all different breeds, I love mutts/rescues, and I look forward to spending some time with your pooch!

“It’s a good day for a walk!”
I have two dogs of my own and I’ve always had dogs dating back to my childhood. My partner is a vet technician and we actually came together over our love of dogs. My career allows me to work from home and I have a good amount of free time, which is why walking dogs is perfectly suited for me.

As a recent college graduate, and freelance contemporary dance performer, I am looking for part time work to help make ends meet. I have extensive pet care experience including dog walking, overnight dog sitting, training and learning commands, playing/running with dogs, giving medication, bathing, feeding, etc. I have sat/walked dogs of all ages and sizes. Hi there! My name is Sydney and I love animals, especially dogs. I've spent my whole life around dogs and I currently have two, 6 y/o English bulldogs. I'm a college student, enrolled in all online classes, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I've been petsitting and dog walking for the past 7 years, since I was in high school. I'm very active so I can run with your dog if they like and I can also bring my own dogs along, if your dog would prefer company on a walk. I'm very responsible and I love all types of dogs!

Upton is a fairly small town located around 38 miles west of Boston. This makes it a great spot for pet owners who love living close to a muttropolitan area with plenty of amenities. If you and your pooch are nature lovers, you'll be happy to know that Upton is home to Upton State Forest, a huge recreation area where you and your pup can play the day away!
Un-fur-tunately, this quaint community doesn't have much else to offer dogs and their owners. However, Upton does have its own animal hospital that takes great care of the local pets. Their personnel is even willing to make house calls in extreme cases!
If you're in Upton and you're looking to sniff out some dog-friendly fun, your best bet is to head to Framingham, just 12 miles outside of town. Here, you'll find plenty of dog-friendly restaurants where you can chow down with your hound! While you're in Framingham, try Gianni's Pizza & Subs. Another local favorite spot is CJ's NorthSide Grill. Top off your meal with dessert from Mad Willie's Ice Cream. All establishments welcome leashed, well-behaved dogs at the outdoor seating areas.
Want to burn all those extra calories? Eight miles away from Upton, you'll find the pawfect place to do just that! Hopkinton State Park allows doggie visitors and is a very popular destination for local dog owners.
You and Fido will pawsitively love Upton and its surrounding areas!
Wrentham Dog Park is around 25 miles away from Upton, and it's one of the best places in the area to take your pooch to get some exercise. Located in North Wrentham, this park provides enough space for running and playing with other pawrtners in crime! The park is fully fenced and often provides poop baggies, but you may want to bring your own just in case. Whether your pup is a social Schnauzer or a timid Terrier, there's enough space for them to play with other pooches or one-on-one with you. Doggie bowls are provided in the park, but you'll have to bring your own water. As a bonus, the ground is covered in grass so no muddy messes!
If you need a park that's closer than the Wrentham Dog Park, another good option that you have near Upton is the Medway Dog Park. You can find this park in Medway, just 9 miles away from Upton. This park has a unique origin story -- your pup can play safely here thanks to a 15-year-old Medway resident named Tim, who enlisted the community to help him build Medway's first and only dog park in the early 2000s! The park doesn't require permits anymore, so all doggos are welcome here. Seating and thick shade are just some of the amenities this park has to offer. The park also supplies waste baggies and separate areas for large and small breeds.
Butler Farm Dog Park -- which can be found in West Millbury, around 12 miles away from Upton -- welcomes all well-behaved and vaccinated doggies to hang out! You'll have to purchase a license if you want to bring your pup here regularly, so this park may not be a good fit for visitors. Other than that, the fence is very secure and the park provides fresh water for the doggies. The ground is covered in grass and there are picnic tables where dog owners can rest up and watch over their pooches. Fido will love playing or training on the obstacles at this pawesome park!
Around 16 miles away from Upton, you'll find another option for exercising your pup at Callahan State Park. If you want something more than a fenced area, this is the right choice for you and your pooch -- this park provides 820 acres of places to sniff and explore! There are plenty of trails, hikes, and open spaces that you can visit. And the best part is that doggies are allowed to be off-leash in the park as long as they are under strict voice command! You are also responsible for cleaning up after your pooch and making sure you bring fresh water for you and your dog.
Visit Ashland State Park, located just 8 miles away from Upton, if you're in the mood for a little adventure with your pooch by your side. This state park offers something that others in the area don't -- the chance to let your pup swim in the lake in the off-season months! Officially, doggies have to be on-leash, but many of the locals feel comfortable letting their dogs off-leash. Use your best judgment, and ensure your pooch responds well to voice commands. There are plenty of walking trails and grassy open areas where your pooch can run his heart out! You will also meet plenty of other pups since the park is a haven for local doggies!
