Located in the city of Newton, you will find the pawsome village of Waban. This is one of the thirteen furiendly villages that makes up the city, which is around seven miles away from Boston. While Waban is normally visited for its golf and country club, you can still explore with your pooch when you are in town. There are currently no veterinary clinics located in Waban, but you will find lots of animal hospitals located in other areas of Newton, which are not far away.

Every dog loves their daily exercise and there is nowhere better to go for some fun than Richardson Playground! This is a pawsome neighborhood park in Waban where you can bring your furry friend for a run around. There is plenty of open grass where you can play fetch with a ball or Frisbee, as well as practice his or her training. This park is next to roads on both sides, but you won’t have to worry about your pooch since it is all fenced in for safe play. Other features of this park include a puptastic playground that the kids can enjoy, as well as a baseball field.
