“Extreme Animal Lover!Hug your furbaby!”

Hi! I am a huge dog lover (currently have 2 Goldens) who walks my dogs every day (unless it's raining hard or there's a severe wind chill). I love all dogs. I do not walk dogs on prong collars. I prefer a harness or gentle leader. I am a school teacher and have lived in my home for about 15 years. I've hired dog walkers in the past myself (when my dogs were puppies and needed to get out more on work days). I am the person who, when not with my dogs, stops to meet other dogs along my way.

Today, this pup-friendly town strives to keep its small-town rural community spirit with its weekly town meetings in Waterboro. Also in this small town, you will find one animal hospital dedicated to individual pet needs, offering top-notch services at their clinic or at your home.

Friendship Park is the place to head with Fido in tow! This park boasts open space for your pup to exercise on a long leash, and a playground for the kiddies.

In the nearby town of Biddeford, Maine, just east of East Waterboro, you will find two dog-friendly restaurants to bring your pup. The Bufflehead Restaurant and Market serves New England’s best seafood on the beach and offers outdoor tables for you and your pup.  Afterwards, head to Elements Books Coffee Bar, where you can relax, read and enjoy a local brew or cup of java at their outdoor tables.

East Waterboro is a great rural village for both you and your fur-ever friend!
