W Vienna Street
Veterans Memorial Park is a small area that's perfect for a walk with your furry pal, offering a grass area that is surrounded by a paved path. The park also has a paved area that has a small memorial for veterans that you both can stroll around. There are also benches around the walking path for a relaxing moment. The park offers plenty of shade throughout to keep you and Fido cool, just make sure while you are visiting to keep your dog on a leash, and don't forget to bring water and clean-up bags along with you.36
Vienna Rd / Mckinley Rd
Take Fido out to the Barber Memorial Park for a fun afternoon out with your furry pal. The park has some great amenities that Fido will love, including a picnic area with BBQs, a playground, a large sports field, and restrooms. The park sits on the Flint River and has a nice scenic walking trail along the river where you and your pup can get a walk in together. There is also a boat ramp for access onto the river, and a fishing pier, just make sure your dog stays on a leash when visiting. This pawsome park is in Montrose, and only eight miles out from Clio.

N Mckinley Rd / W Mount Morris Rd
The Flushing Township Nature Park sits along the Flint River and offers over a mile of boardwalk, an observation deck, a pavilion for shade and restrooms. There is a three-mile trail that you and Fido can use for a walk, but if you're looking for something a little shorter, there is also a 1/2-mile paved trail. The park also holds a playground and a ramp onto the river. There are benches scattered throughout the park where you and Fido can stop for a break if you want one. The Flushing County Park offers a huge grass field, a playground, and benches for relaxing. The park offers a trail that you can use for a walk, and there are picnic tables located around the park to sit at. Located in Flushing and only ten miles out from Clio, your dog will have a great time out at this park.12
City Center
The Ronald F. Batterbee Memorial Park is a great park to go and visit with your furry pal. The park has a playground, large grass field, sports fields, and restrooms. There is a paved path throughout the park that you two can use for a nice walk together. There is a covered picnic area where you and your dog can relax in the shade and enjoy a picnic together. The park has a fence around it, so if your dog happens to escape, they will still be safe. This pawsome park is in Mount Morris, and only five miles out from Clio.
E Vienna Rd / N Genesee Rd
The Buell Lake County Park offers a few great amenities at the 213-acre park that will have both you and Fido jumping for joy. The park offers a baseball diamond, pavilions, a picnic area, a playground, and a fishing site. There is a trail that goes throughout the park for a walk, just make sure Fido stays on a leash. The park is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to sunset, giving you more than enough time to go and explore together. The park sits on Buell Lake, perfect if your dog loves the water.
