Southeast Helena
Residents who currently live in Southeast Helena absolutely love it! Especially those with dogs, because this neighborhood is booming with areas where you and your four-legged friend can go for walks and explore the trails and green space in your own backyard! Parks such as Anchor Park, Clinton Park, and Fire Tower Park are great neighborhood parks to check out. Mount Ascension State Park is a must-see with your pup. It is rated one of the best parks to go mountain biking or hiking with your dog! Stop and smell the wild flowers along the way as there will be plenty of them!

Central Helena
Central Helena is one of those neighborhoods where residents can find peaceful places to walk and enjoy! With its central location, it is a great neighborhood to call home for dogs and their owners. Having three parks to utilize, including Civic Center Park, Wesleyan Park, and The Lazy Green, residents of the Central Helena neighborhood have a fun filled destination nearby. Civic Center Park has benches and green areas that are surrounded by hedges, acting as a fence so your pup doesn’t wander onto the street. The Lazy Green features a large, wide open green space offering plenty of land to play games with your pup on, such as kicking a soccer ball, throwing a stick or Frisbee, you name it!
