Hi, my name is Jen and I have been a dog owner for years. I love playing with them and seeing there tails wagging when I come home. I love being outside with them. I love seeing how happy dogs are when you come to someone’s house and see a dog with their tail wagging away knowing they are going for a walk. Makes me so happy to see that!

“Flippin’ Pawsome Dogs Deserve the Flippin’ Best”

Hi, I'm Jackie and I've been a dog lover since birth...seriously, recently unearthed home movies show my parents teaching me to say "dog sit" at 9-months-old. In addition to Wag, I own my own dog training business. I own three dogs: an American Pit Bull Terrier named Kid, a poodle/terrier mix named Charlie and a working-line German Shepherd named Grady. I look forward to meeting your pets and giving them the same care and love I give to my own dogs on walks.

“The best care for your best friend”

I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember and my dream is to work with them as a living. I am currently taking classes with Catch Canine Trainers Academy to become a dog trainer and I volunteer weekly at St Hubert's to walk dogs. I would love to walk your dog, take them on hikes, play fetch with them, or just chill if that's what they prefer.

Dog Walking in Budd Lake

Home to the scenic Budd Lake, which is the largest naturally-formed lake in New Jersey, as well as a couple of other waterways, Budd Lake is such a picturesque part of the state, making it popular with those who enjoy spending time in nature. With several different parks to explore, as well as a highly rated animal hospital, this town is pawfect for exploring with your pooch by your side.

The most popular park in Budd Lake is Turkey Brook Park, which is 267 acres in size. There is so much to see within the park, from its sports facilities and pond to its paved walking trails and historic memorials. Of course, what your pooch will love the most is the park's dog park, which features a 1.5 acre fenced-off area for large dogs, and a half acre fenced-off area for smaller breeds.

For a shorter walk, give the half mile Budd Lake Vista Knoll Trail a try. This trail will take you and Fido through forests and wetlands, before providing the two of you with incredible views over Budd Lake. Another pawsome trail can be found in the Budd Lake Bog Preserve, which stretches out for 275 acres. The bog is quite the natural wonder, having been formed over thousands of years since the last ice age, and there is a rugged trail here that you and Fido can follow to explore the preserve.

With so many pawriffic walks to be had, your pooch's tail will not stop wagging while exploring all that Budd Lake has to offer.

Some of the finest parks in Budd Lake lie in the Sand Shore Road neighborhood, which is why this area is so popular with dog owners. Camelot Park is a large and spacious passive park, and while there may not be any facilities here, this is still a gorgeous patch of woodland for a walk with Fido. Not too far away from here is the Lou Nelson Park, where you will find tennis courts, a playground, picnic benches, and open grassy areas for your pooch to sniff about in. If your pup prefers sand to grass, the Budd Lake Municipal Beach is also in this neighborhood. This small stretch of sand is open to the public in the summer months, although you will need to keep your dog on a lead at all times.
