North Buena

North Buena is a mostly undeveloped area of land full of open green spaces. This makes it the pawfect spot for a dog-friendly picnic with plenty of space to throw around a tennis ball or a Frisbee. The Unexpected Wildlife Refuge is just a few minutes farther north and is a wonderfully peaceful place to enjoy some quiet time with your dog in nature. There are paths and trails there that you can explore with your leashed canine companion. Just don't forget your doggie waste bags for easy clean-up before you head back home or to your next pupperific adventure.

Wheat Rd

Wheat Road is part of the southern tip of Buena. You and your dog will find quite a few streams, ponds, and green spaces that you can visit on a crisp, clear day together. You can pack a picnic basket for an afternoon full of snacks and Frisbee before grabbing some friends for some fun at Ricky's Outdoor Bar, where dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables during the warmer months. The Expansion of Fiocchi Field is just a few minutes to the west of Wheat Road and gives you the pawfect place to run and play with your dog after a long day at work.

Central Buena

The area north of Interstate 40 is known as Central Buena. It is there you will find plenty of family- and dog-friendly real estate. You will also find the Pancoast Preserve is a lovely spot just a few minutes to the east of Central Buena where you can take your dog for a long walk on a warm weekend morning. There are trails and streams there where you and your leashed pup are welcome to roam to your hearts' content. Just make sure you have plenty of clean-up bags with you, and drinking water with a collapsible bowl for your furry friend.

Landisville

Landisville is a busy and increasingly populated community in the center of Buena, on the southern side of Interstate 40. You will find many pupperific places to walk and run with your dog throughout this beautiful community. Bruno Melini Park is located in Landisville and is a large, lovely green space to spend a few hours or an entire afternoon getting some quality time in with your dog. You will need your leash, water, and waste bags with you. You may also want to bring both people and pup approved snacks if you will be at the park for a while.

Minotola

Minotola is a small, unincorporated community where you will find plenty of scenic paths to follow with your dog. There are several residential areas with built-in green spaces for you and your dog's convenience and enjoyment. The Buena Vista Campground is popular with pup lovers in Buena who also enjoy camping or just spending some extra time with nature. Just be sure to bring your dog's favorite toys, waste bags, and plenty of drinking water with you for your adventures. Be sure to keep a good harness and leash on your dog to help him tackle any terrain that you come across.
