North Franklin Square is close to several schools that are prominent in town. There are naturally plenty of green spaces around the schools; just be sure to clean up after yourselves. There are many types of homes and apartments that will fit most budgets. The single-family homes have fenced-in yards to give your dog plenty of outdoor time for exercise and fresh air.
