“Dog walking is no job - it's a passion!”

Hi there! I have been walking dogs in Hoboken, NJ for 4 years now, which I absolutely love! I have had an endearing love for dogs since 2001 when my parents finally gave into the many pleas of my two younger brothers and I to get us a dog. We were introduced to Tiki, a magnificent Black Labrador, who became the sister we never had.

Dog Walking in Port Washington

The city of Port Washington, New York sits on the north shore of Long Island. It became a very important town in the 1870s because of its large sandbank. This meant that the barges could get in easy and have access to the land from this point.

This city has dog-friendly restaurants for you and your pooch to enjoy. Nikkei of Peru serves a mix of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines. It has a low-key, casual atmosphere, just perfect for a quiet dinner. The wait staff will serve you and your pal at the outdoor tables. They prefer that you call ahead if you plan to bring your pooch with you, but it is not a requirement.

Another great place to dine with Fido is at the Bosphorus Café Grill. This establishment serves a Mediterranean-style cuisine and they offer dog-friendly seating. They offer three pet-friendly tables outside where you and your furry friend can enjoy a meal together. After you have enjoyed your meal with Fido, you can stop by Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices and grab a cool treat for you and your canine pal. There are benches outside where you can enjoy your treats. Something to note is that there is no table service, so you will need to tie your fur baby up while you order.

Port Washington has plenty of things for dog owners to see and do, but if you're looking for more dog-friendly activities, you'll find more just a short drive away.
