Hillside Manor
The Michael J. Tully Park is a perfect park to visit with Fido for a great day out together. The park has tons of amenities for you and Fido to enjoy, including basketball courts, a little league field, playground, soccer field, tennis courts, a track, and a pool. Your dog will love all the open green space he can run in for a game of fetch, plus the awesome walking path that goes throughout the park. If you both need a break, there are plenty of bleachers to sit down on for a breather as well. Located in New Hyde Park, your pup will have a great time here.36

Garden City Park
Three miles out of Williston Park is the New Hyde Park Memorial Park in the town of New Hyde Park, and a perfect park to visit with Fido for a nice walk. This dogtastic park features a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and tons of grass that your dog will be super excited to run on. There are benches surrounding the park that you both can sit on, and don't forget to get a good walk in on the path that goes around the entire park. You will be shaded by plenty of trees in this fenced in park. Don't forget your water and clean-up bags when you visit.24

East Williston
The Roslyn Road Park in East Williston, just a mile from Williston Park, is a perfect place to visit for some afternoon sun. The park is mainly used for baseball games, and offers a huge baseball diamond with bleachers. Fido doesn't have to worry about his afternoon walk though since the park does offer a concert path around the diamond so you both can get a good walk in. The park is fenced in and does offer a parking lot right by it so you can easily get into the park. There are a few small grassy areas that Fido can run around in and sniff as well before heading home.12

Roslyn Heights
Right outside of Williston Park in Alberstson is a pawsome park where Fido will love to get a walk in. The John D. Caemmerer Park offers a playground, baseball fields, swings, bathrooms, and a nice open grass field that Fido will be dying to play in. If Fido needs a walk then take advantage of the walking path that goes around and throughout the park. Make sure to keep Fido on leash when visiting but if he happens to slip away don't worry since the park is fenced in and your pup will be safe. Don't forget water and clean-up bags when you visit.
