“All dogs are my best friends”
I have always loved dogs and have always had my own. I work well with all of them from T-Cup Yorkies to Great Danes. I work from a home office which gives me the freedom to make my own schedule and get outside whenever I would like. I am very happy to help!

Hi my name Halle! I grew up with a chow chow for most of my life. When he passed away my family adopted a german shepard husky and an australian shepard. I started watching my neighbors dogs around the age 12 and dog sitting for friends when I was old enough to drive. I love dogs and want to spend more time with them seeing as I am a college student and can’t have one of my own. I can’t wait to meet your dog!

The city of Huron is one of the main tourist destinations located on the south shore of Lake Erie. Set midway between Toledo and Cleveland, the city is an alluring attraction providing visitors with marina views, sandy beaches and the charming atmosphere of the shoreline of Lake Erie. It's also an incredibly dog-friendly place, home to a number of amenities for pooches, including beaches, parks, and restaurants. There's also an animal hospital here; hopefully, you won't need to avail of its services, but you can rest easy knowing there's one nearby if you need it.
Huron has several destinations worth visiting with your pooch, and one of them is Osborn Dog Park, also known as Erie MetroBark Park. Keep in mind that membership is required for bringing your pup to the park, but this is the only off-leash park in the county welcoming canine visitors. Your pup will be able to play and socialize in the grassy, fully fenced and protected area or exercise with you at an obstacle course.
Want to take your pal on a camping trip? Huron River Valley Resort: Campground and Marina is happy to welcome you and your pooch, offering overnight camping sites with all the facilities included! You can have a fulfilling weekend exploring the area, picnicking, kayaking, hiking and much more! Just make sure to keep your pooch on the leash at all times.
Downtown Huron is a cultural and educational center offering recreational areas across the river, as well as shopping venues and cafes with picturesque bay views. If you're in the city with your pooch, don't hesitate to go straight to the east bank of the Huron River along Nickle Plate Beach. Pay attention to restrictions and dog hours to avoid any mishaps. The spot offers amazing views of sunsets and sunrises, picnic shelters and an extensive play area. Bring your leashed pooch for a walk along the shoreline and let him dip his paws in the crystal clear water. Need to grab a bite? I-5’s Bar and Grill right across from the church is a nice and cozy place to share a meal with your pup after a fun day at the beach!
Lakeside is an extensive area around Lake Erie offering some outdoor and recreation activities as well as shopping venues and indoor opportunities. You're welcome to visit the area with your pooch and embark on an unforgettable adventure in East Harbor State Park. The place is a natural treasure for every canine friend! This 1,800-acre park lets pooches explore to their hearts' content, and accompany you for picnicking, swimming, fishing or hiking! (All while on a leash, of course.) Want to please your mutt with something exquisite? Then Hidden Beach Bar (try to find it, huh?) at North Shore Boulevard is the just place, offering a free bowl of water to all canine visitors at their eight outdoor, dog-friendly tables.
Marblehead is a western neighbor of Lakeside and a village set off the very tip of Marblehead Peninsula. Since it's a commercially important center, it has plenty of amenities for tourists: historical museums, buzzing shopping venues, restaurants, and charming recreational areas. Seeking a retreat? Welcome to Marblehead Lighthouse Park, set at the edge of the peninsula and surrounded by historical spots, including Marblehead Lighthouse. Bring Fido here to have a wonderful day out, enjoying sweeping views of Kelleys Island and Lake Erie while picnicking right on the shore in the shade! Pups are welcome as long as they're on leash; however, they aren't allowed in any of the buildings.
Surrounded by Lake Erie, Kelleys Island is an amazing place to enjoy a retreat with your pooch. This place is a dream for every tourist in Ohio, offering a range of notable attractions, including beaches, parks, and campgrounds. Your pooch is welcome to explore the island, too! Jump on one of the ferries and, once your paws are on the ground, head north to Kelleys Island State Park. This pawesome park offers a beach, campsite and a one-mile hiking trail to enjoy with your mutt. If you want to grab a bite before, check out Island House at Division Street, where all the outdoor tables are dog-friendly.
The southwestern part of Avon Lake is a quiet and relaxed place with dog-friendly options for four-legged visitors! You won't find shopping venues or exquisite eateries here, but what you will find are tons of fun and amazing off-leash opportunities! Especially if you head straight to Webber Road where Avon Lake Dog Park is located. This place has all the amenities a pooch may dream of: two separate areas for different breeds, lots of room to run and wrestle with new fur-iends, drinking fountains, benches, and plenty of shade to catch a breath under. Want to have some fun? Then get rid of the pesky leash and let your buddy have a blast here!
