Dogs are the best! Being an avid dog lover my entire life, I have cherished my relationships with dogs, having a fond appreciation for the strong bonds that can form between us and them. Walking dogs for Wag is an amazing opportunity to get out, meet new people, dogs and friends! I have had dogs throughout my whole life, having been a dog owner during my upbringing and having lived with several dog owners while at college and beyond.

Hey there! My name is Brittany and would love to walk you’re dogs for you! I’m very friendly and love the company of dogs while on walks. Skills: comfortable around dogs, punctual, and friendly. I also do very well with upbeat and energetic doggos! I can handle the pull of most doggos! I also enjoy giving pats and praises during my walks so you’re dog will feel all the love and comfort they need! I can also take it slow on the doggos who need to take their time and enjoy the view!

“Loving animals is what I do best!”

I love going for walks in a nice summer day so why not go for a walk with an adorable animal. I have plenty of experience with dogs. I have worked at a local animal hospital as well as worked at a local animal rescue. I know animal 1st aid basics and have behavioral knowledge. I treat every dog as if it was my own, and trust me any dog would be lucky to be spoiled by me. My dog is my everything!

“Nothing like the unconditional love from a pet.”

I’m Brian. My wife and I recently moved to Sandusky to be closer to family. We are both veterans and animal lovers. We have three dogs that keep us entertained since the kids are married and living out of the country. I love being outside and would love to spend time with your pets. Let me and your pet get some exercise and enjoy the outdoors.

If your dog is craving some off-leash time, head over to the Clyde Dog Park. This beautiful dog park offers tons of room to run, plus benches, clean-up stations, a fire hydrant, a doggie water fountain, and a double gate system to keep everyone safe. The dog park is located inside of Community Park, so if Fido doesn't feel like being social, you can still explore this park's pawsome features, including tennis courts, a volleyball court, baseball and softball diamonds, and a pond. Hendricks Park is a bit smaller of a park, but includes amenities like a playground, climbing toys, and tennis courts. The Gus Wolf Park offers one tennis court, one basketball court, a playground, and a large grass field. The North Coast Inland Trail- Sandusky County Trail is the perfect trail to get a walk in with Fido, especially since it passes right through downtown Clyde. The trail is 28-miles total in length with an asphalt surface, and runs from Elmore to Bellevue, so you and Fido can walk along it as far as you want before turning around and going back home

Head over to the Castalia Quarry MetroPark for a fun afternoon out with your furry pal. This beautiful park has a playground, restrooms, and trails for you and your pup. There are numerous different types of trails throughout the park, ranging in distance and difficulty. Locals do warn that one trail has a cliff, so pay attention to where you walk and keep your dog on a leash while you are hiking. Bring plenty of water along with you too since there isn't any shade provided in this park. Your dog will have a great time heading over to Castalia, which is only eleven miles from Clyde, to explore this pawsome park!

Take your pup out to The Woods at Luscombe Farms. This lovely 55-acre park has great amenities, like bird watching and maple sugaring. The park offers a loop trail that wanders through the woods so you and Fido can get a walk in while visiting. While walking the trail, you and your dog will be shaded by huge maple, hickory, and oak trees. Make sure Fido stays on a leash, and don't forget to bring water and clean-up bags along with you. Occasionally, this park has events, so make sure that Fido is up for being social before you head out.
