9 Eateries
1 Groomer

Even though North Canton is a medium-sized town in Stark County, it is one of the most dog-friendly places in Ohio! This is the pawfect destination for those of you who want to spoil your four-legged buddies. It's also located just an hour  south of Cleveland in case you want more dog-friendly fun. While visiting North Canton, you can take your pick of local dog-friendly lodging accommodations, like the Red Roof Inn Canton, Hyatt Place Canton, or Motel 6 North Canton.

When it comes to pet care, the town offers a little bit of everything that pet owners will need during their stay. There are groomers, pet stores, dog trainers, and, most importantly, there are more than five animal hospital and clinics that will take great care of your pup!

After taking a stroll through the city or visiting one of the 7 parks that North Canton offers, you can rest up in one of the 9 dog-friendly restaurants that are scattered throughout town, such as the Eadies Fish House, Four Kids Coffee or Aladdin's Eatery.

One of the things that's worth seeing while you're here is the Blue Water Majesty Museum, which features intricate ship models carved from exotic species of wood. Fido will have to sit this one out, though, but he won't mind, since there are plenty of other places in North Canton that will welcome him with open arms!
