If you're the type who can't start your morning jog with your pup without a nice cup of coffee, mosey on over to Washington Avenue and you surely won't be disappointed. There, you'll find La Bella Bean, a small cafe with a wide selection of breakfast items, from bagels to eggs and everything in between. If you need energy to keep up with a wild woofer, however, you'll be more interested in the coffee, espresso, and frappe options. More of a health nut? Grab yourself a smoothie instead, and settle out on the outdoor patio with your precious pooch.

Woodville

For the more refined palate, you'll likely be drooling at the thought of some sophisticated cuisine -- well, leave the drooling to your dog. On Washington Pike, in the Woodville area of Scott Township, you'll find the Walnut Grill: a classy restaurant with your choice of twenty-five outdoor tables to share with Fido. With a wide variety of entrees and appetizers to choose from, one thing's for sure when you stop in Walnut Grill: you're going to leave satisfied! If you're looking to wind down a bit after a crazy day with your canine companion, order one of their many drink specials and simply relax.

Washington's Landing

If you're out on the town with your dog, you'll probably want some nice views for you and your pup to enjoy. The views don't get any better than the ones you'll find in Washington's Landing, a neighborhood in Pittsburgh. It's home to Redfin Blues, a dog-friendly seafood restaurant that sits just off the river. The outdoor seating is unique in that it's not necessarily your average patio. The outdoor tables are out among nature, where you can properly enjoy the day with your pup. The wait staff will be more than happy to bring your dog a bowl of water, and Fido will be treated like a king!

Central Carnegie

After a long day of exploring all the city has to offer, no one would blame you for wanting to slow things down a bit -- your precious pup could probably use a little relaxation as well. In Central Carnegie, you'll find Apis Mead and Winery, where well-behaved dogs are welcome to enter the tasting room as long as they're leashed. You'll have your hands full trying to decide which tasty blend you'll decide on, but at least it's not drinking alone if your dog is with you! You might even see other pet parents sniffing out a new wine to try!
