East Stroudsburg

Dansbury Park is a large, busy park right at the heart of East Stroudsburg. It's packed with amenities, some of which are not suitable for pets. The Dansbury Park Pool is one such attraction. Most of the park, however, is suitable for exploration by your leashed pup! Walk around the ball fields or take the walking paths for a relaxing time in Dansbury Park. You can also check out Miller Park in the same neighborhood. This smaller park doesn't have a playground or sports fields, which makes it a better choice if you want to skip the crowds. Amble through this natural green space at your own pace!

Arlington Heights

Pinebrook Park is a picturesque park in the Arlington Heights neighborhood of East Stroudsburg. This park's main attraction is a creek. The gravel path is perfect for walking or jogging with your dog! Brodhead Creek Park lets you get a little closer to the action. This park has a smooth path running by the creek that you can wade in to cool off. It also offers BBQ pits and pavillions for cookouts! Remember to bring your own supplies to the park. Reds Park rounds out the Arlington Heights trio by offering a bit of solitude; it's much less popular than the larger Brodhead Creek Park that's right nearby!

Milford Canyon Drive

Michael Moore Park is a small, family oriented area. Less than a city block in size, this park is primarily playground. There is a small green area for you to walk your dog over the grass. This is best used as a quick pit stop or a convenient place to get in your dog's morning and evening walk. Yetter Park is where you should go if you're hoping to spend a few hours, or even make a day of your park trip. It has multiple walking and biking paths! There's also a disc golf course that makes for pretty walking.

Twin Lake Estates

Zacharias Pond Park and Gregory's Pond Park line the twin lakes that give the neighborhood its name. Zacharias Pond Park is a great place to walk your dog away from other people. The park leads down by the water, and has an extensive collection of trails. There's also some geocaching in the area, so let your pup sniff out treasure! Gregory's Pond Park is a slightly smaller park, but offers similar amenities. Fishing is also popular in this park! Your dog should be leashed in either Twin Lake Estates park, and bring a doggie bowl to help your pup stay hydrated!

Minisink Hills

The River's Edge Family Bike Park is an option in Minisink Hills. This park has a little bit of everything. There are obstacles for mountain biking and bike tricks, in addition to trails.
