Northern Pike/ William Penn Hwy

Northern Pike/ William Penn Hwy

The Northern Pike/ William Penn Hwy neighborhood is home to several different city parks, with Heritage Park being the one that dogs tend to enjoy most. This park is home to picnic areas and paved walking trails, as well as the Monroeville Dog Park, which is fully fenced off so that your pooch can safely run free off the lead. There are also doggie and human water fountains on-site, as well as a doggie bag dispenser, so all you need to bring with you is your dog! For another pawsome walk, head to Alpine Park, which extends out for almost 70 acres. In addition to the play equipment, sports facilities and picnic areas here, you will also find paved paths that are perfect for a leisurely hike.
