This Pennsylvania city has one dog-friendly park, and it’s also close to tons of beautiful natural areas. While there are no veterinary clinics in Pitcairn itself, there are six in Pitcairn’s neighboring town of Monroeville.

For a fun walk with your dog, head over to Duff Park. This park is about seven miles from Pitcairn in Murraysville, and it welcomes dogs on-leash. If you’re looking for a moderate hike, check out the Funk Bikeway. This 1.5-mile trail is flat and paved for most of the way. At the end of the trail, you’ll climb up a hill, providing stunning views of the park.

Emerald View Park is another fun place to hike with your pup. This hilly park is about 18 miles away from Pitcairn in Pittsburgh, and it offers amazing aerial views of the city. There are about 10 miles of trails to explore in this park, and there’s also a pawesome off-leash area where your dog can run and play.
