I’ve grown up around dogs and want to help out responsible pet owners when at work or away. I will provide on leash walks or runs when necessary and give it a fun break during the day. The dogs I have cared for have ranged from small to large with varying energy levels. I have cared for senior dogs that require oral medications and those recovering from surgeries. I will be home full-time with a wide open schedule to help you out with pet care. Together we can give your dog it’s best life!

“My wedding was dog themed”
Hi! I’m a dog mom to 2 large pups (Siberian husky and Rhodesian ridegeback,) but I have plenty of extra pats to give. I’ll take great care of your pups while you’re away - whether it’s a fast walk, game of fetch, or cuddles. I always make sure your dogs are safe and happy, with plenty of water when I leave them. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with special requests (more videos?!) or instructions - I know how nerve racking it can be to leave your furry family with a new friend.

I'm a recent UC Davis grad (B.S., Animal Biology) with nothing but time on my hands to help you to look after your fur babies. I’ve had a canine best friend since I was a toddler and have been fascinated with animals ever since. I am not species-bias and have experience working with / handling pigs, rodents, cats, birds, reptiles and, of course, dogs. Needless to say, I’m comfortable playing with, walking, and babysitting small and large dogs alike. The handsome man that you see in my profile pic (Cash - like Johnny Cash) is a rescue. When I first adopted him, he had separation anxiety, behavioral problems and digestive issues. I stuck by his side through all of it because I love him and made a commitment to provide him with lifelong care on the day I signed the paperwork and took him home. Rest assured that I’ll be empathetic and understanding in looking after your best friend!
I have always been a dog lover, have had them all my life. I have more free time in my hands now that my kids have graduated from college and out on their own. I teach part-time in our local school district and am always looking for more ways to fill my day. I would love to walk some dogs in my area and also would be willing to pet sit if needed.

Hi! My name is Alison and I recently relocated back to Washington from Arizona! I grew up with animals all my life and currently have 1 dog, Benny. I love dogs of all sizes and have made it my life goal to one day be able to work with animals and now is the time! My hubby always jokes that I love going to the dog park more than my dog! Can't wait to walk yours!

“Nothings stronger than a bond with a dog”
I have had many years of professional and personal experience working with dogs! In my lifetime I have walked about 300 dogs and every single dog has its little quirks and I love seeing how spunky and how amazing every dog is in its own way. My dog is my world, and I treat every dog like they’re someone’s life and death, so I do everything in my power to keep them as safe and happy as I can!

“Love playing fetch, walking dogs, & spoiling them.”
My name is Lauren. I am a compassionate pet sitter who provides excellent care for dogs and cats in the comfort of their own home. I have a black pug named Harley who is 13. I have been taking care of dogs my whole life. I love dogs so much that I will play fetch with them and I can go on long walks. I'm always curious about finding new hiking trails and enjoy being outside. I have included pictures of some dogs I have taken care of in the past as well as my own.

I've had dogs all my life, and love them more than anything! I worked at a dog daycare and have lots of experience with many breeds. I currently have my own dog walking business along with Wag. I'm also studying canine behavior to get into training in the future.
Sedro-Wooley, Washington is the place to be if you are looking to have a great day with your pooch. It is located about 23 miles from Lake Cavanaugh, Washington. You will not want to miss the Cascade Trail, a former rail line that is now part of Rails-To-Trails. This 22.5 mile trail is made of crushed stone and gravel. Put on your walking shoes and grab your pup’s leash to see how far you guys can get on the trail. You will want to bring water and waste bags with you, as none are provided. There are plenty of trees that provide shade for you and your pooch.
You will want to bring your pup to this newly built Dog Park. It is called Bakerview Dog Park and is located about 20 miles from Lake Cavanaugh, Washington. This is an off the leash Dog Park so your pooch will have the freedom to explore all of the terrain, which is mostly bark and gravel. It is completely fenced in and is a very large area. There are plenty of picnic tables and water is available for your pooch in the warmer months. Bring a ball and have a great day with your pup.
If you and your pooch are looking for a place to cool off, you will want to check out Bloedel Donovan Beach, which is about 47 miles from Lake Cavanaugh, Washington. Keep in mind that this spot is not fenced in, and there are limited hours. Your pup can feel free to be off of his leash and take a swim from 6am to 10am; after that, he’ll need to be on his leash at all times. You will need to bring waste bags and water. There is not much shade, and the beach area is sandy. Your canine pal will not want to leave this swimming spot.
If you and your pooch are looking to get in some exercise, you won’t want to miss visiting the Strawberry Fields Dog Park at the athletic complex, located about 31 miles from Lake Cavanaugh, Washington. Your pup will have plenty of room to run around at this large, off-leash park. The terrain is grassy, but some areas also have wood chips. There are 2 separate areas: one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs. There is also a large dog run, and it is completely fenced-in. There is water for canine friends to drink, and the park provides waste-disposal bags for clean-up. Your pooch will also have a blast playing on the agility equipment!
If you and your pup are looking for a nice beach to make a splash in, check out the Howarth Park. It is about 37 miles from Lake Cavanaugh, Washington and sits on 28 acres. The actual beach area is off-leash, and you will want to check the tide. If it is low tide, there will be a lot of sandy beach for your pooch to run on; however, if it is high tide, there will not be much beach to play on. There is parking up above, so you can enjoy a little hike with your pup before jumping in the water to cool off. This is a fun day in the sun, but remember to bring water and that there is not much shade. The rest of the park includes trails to walk on while your pup is on his leash, and there are also picnic areas available.
