Enchanted Inspired Dog Names

Pip is the name of the chipmunk in Enchanted. Surprisingly enough, Amy Adams, who plays Giselle in the movie, has a dog named Pippy. Pippy, along with her fur-sister Sadie, are Adams' fur babies.

When Amy's daughter Aviana was born, Amy wanted to ensure that the dogs didn't feel neglected, so these two pampered pooches get to enjoy vacations with their family. Pippy and Sadie enjoy walks, runs, hikes, and swims with the family. Adams is known for bringing the dogs on-set as well. Both Pippy and Sadie are Chihuahuas. Pippy is blonde, and Sadie has mostly black fur.

Another famous dog with an Enchanted name is Dancing Nathan. Nathan is famous for his fabulous dancing, but he also shares the name with Nathaniel from the movie, who is played by Timothy Spall. Dancing Nathan is a Chinese Crested from South Carolina. Nathan is mostly bald, but has some whitish-blonde hair on the top of his head. He was bounced around from foster home to foster home. Finally, one foster mom decided it was time to give him a permanent home. That's how Nathan came to be Tina Westkaemper's pooch. Nathan is known for dancing to all kinds of fun songs, including "Cupid Shuffle," "Gangnam Style," and "Wiggle." This feisty hound stands on his hind legs to shimmy dance, and his followers can't get enough of it.

Another famous pooch that shares a name with an Enchanted character is Phil (Philip is Robert's last name in the movie). Phil is a fluffy Alaskan Malamute who gained a lot of attention on Imgur due to his adorable facial expressions and goofy personality. Phil is a cuddle bug who loves to be carried and treated like a human. Phil dresses up for Halloween and celebrates Christmas. Phil has no problem owning up to all of his shedding, and proudly poses next to large piles of fur, often spelling out various words. He can dance, although not as well as Nathan, and he loves to eat and go on vacation. His fur-siblings are Niko and Milo. Niko is also a Malamute. Milo is a cat.

People from all over the world (and their pets) are huge fans of Phil. He receives fan mail and is popular on various social media platforms including Instagram. While Phil can be quite shy, he is known for his ability to respond to all of his loyal (but not as loyal as an Alaskan Malamute) fans.
