This dog-friendly neighborhood is home to the Granville Dog Park. This park is located 15 miles from Franklin. It is an off-leash dog park that is like a soggy wonderland for your pooch. It is a fully fenced-in park that has so much for your pup to see and do. The terrain changes from grassy flatland to hills and wooded paths to follow. There is a shallow river where your pup can take a swim, and there are also trails to walk alongside the river. You don’t have to worry about shade as there are plenty of trees. This park also provides agility equipment for your pup to play on. Something to keep in mind, though, is that you will need to purchase a permit for your pooch and also show proof of your dog license and rabies vaccination.
