Moses Lake is the largest city in Grant County. As the name suggests, it is nestled right on the banks of Moses Lake, a large freshwater lake with three 18 mile arms. This 34-acre park has everything you need for a pawsome day out. Your pooch will love cruising around the walkways and open green lawn or just chilling by the lake. There’s even a pet friendly campground, so bring a tent and stay a night or two. 

McCosh Park will also make your pooch bark for joy. Located downtown, this waterfront park has sport courts, a water park, a playground, and is the home of the Moses Lake Farmers Market. Most importantly, it has furrific paved walkways perfect for a little canine cardio.

Two legged park visitors flock to this park for the disc golf course, sport courts, playground, and boat launch. Four legged visitors love the acres of grass to explore and the paved walking paths. Stroll around the grounds so your pup can get some much needed exercise, then throw a couple burgers on the grill for a good old fashioned summer cook out. This nine acre park is nestled on the eastern shore of the lake and is a pawsome spot to spend some quality time with your pal. Get his heart pumping with a brisk walk around the pathways, or venture down one of the nature trails. This is also a great shoreline fishing spot, so if you’re feeling lucky, bring your pole and cast a line. Picnic facilities are also available. For a change of scenery, pop over to Yonezawa Park. Here you’ll find a large grass field that’s perfect for romping around and sniffing.  Don’t forget to bring water and clean up bags.
