Nine acres of fully fenced wooded land beckons your furry pal to get some mutts-needed exercise. Treecourt includes water fun in hot summer months, like plenty of kiddle pools to try out. A scenic walking path gives the human companion a way to survey the dog park, and maybe even click a few photos. Treecourt gives people a place to sit and watch their pup play in one of two separate areas for small and large dogs. Dogs must pass Treecourt's temperament testing prior to full membership.

Sunset Hills
Sunset Hills is just two miles south of Oakland, and has some fun activities for a person and a canine. Check out Kitun Dog Park on Eddie and Park Road. Sunset Hills dedicated an acre of green space for dogs to get off of the leash and play with other dogs. Smaller dogs aren't left out -- a separately fenced space is available just for them. Agility equipment in the large dog area can be used for training or for your dog's amusement. Forgot water for you and your pup? Not to worry! Kitun has you covered with water fountains that will accommodate you and your four-legged friend. There's no shortage of benches here for the people to sit on and supervise a happy canine. Kitun hasn't forgotten the waste stations either. This dog park is restricted to members only. Registration and fees are with the city of Sunset Hills.

Creve Coeur
Creve Coeur is eight miles north of Oakland. Creve Coeur Dog Park at Conway Park has a patch of territory for your hound. Two acres will delight your inquisitive canine, offering plenty of natural ground to sniff out some new scents and make new fur-iends. All off-leash, of course! Smaller pooches have their own fenced turf for safer fun. The dog park makes sure the basic needs are covered. Water is provided, and waste stations make it easy for the pet parents to pick up after their pups. A leashed walk around Conway Park's lake makes for a relaxing stroll. You'll need to become a member before visiting this park; registration is with the city of Creve Coeur.

Olivette
Olivette is eight miles north of Oakland. Olivette's City Dog Park is located in Irv Zeid Citizen's Park. This dog park has a single fully fenced space planned for the canines in Olivette and the surrounding area. Dogs have a natural terrain for some exciting searches among the grass, weeds, and dirt. The dog park has drinking water, and doggie waste baggies are amply stocked. The human companion will find plenty of shade here. People and leashed pups can more green space in the main park. The park is open from sunrise to sunset. Registration is required to use the dog park.

Ballwin is thirteen miles west of Oakland. Queeny Park will make your canine feel like a king or queen! Tails & Trails at Queeny Park has five acres for the royal pups to make a day of it. Princes and princesses have their smaller space to play too. All leash-free, of course. Dogs can sniff around the lake on the property. More exercise can be had on one of the pieces of agility equipment provided in the large dog section. Human companions have plenty of benches and even a pavilion with wi-fi. Membership for Tails & Trails is through the St. Louis County Parks Department.
