Sitting in the beautiful mountains of Lake County is Clearlake, a lakeside town on a natural fresh lake which is the largest one in the state, and the oldest lake in North America at 480,000 years old. There are two veterinarians in town that your dog can see to ensure he is healthy and ready to explore this pawrific town.

Highland Park sits along the Clear Lake and offers you and Fido a beautiful view while you are visiting. The park has benches to relax on, a picnic area with BBQs, fishing, and a nice walking trail. There are trees that fill the park to keep it shaded, but this park does not offer any grass.

If Fido is in the mood for Mexican food, check out Delicias Alvarez. They offer an array of classic Mexican cuisine that your dog will be drooling to get a bite of. They welcome your furry pal to sit next to you on their dog-friendly outdoor patio while you dig into some delicious food.

Check into the Lamplighter Motel for a good night's rest. They welcome your dog to stay alongside you and rest up before heading out and exploring more of Clearlake together.

Your dog will have a pawsome time in this great lakeside town with you!
