The Highland Springs Park is a beautiful area that offers some great amenities for you and your pup. The park is filled with benches, trees for shade, grass for fetch, and water fountains. There is a nice paved walking path that you and your pup can use for a good walk around the park. If Fido gets hungry, stop into Our Happy Tails Etc Dog Bakery. They offer a large array of amazing treats for your furry pal that are made with all natural ingredients, and even do pawtastic custom batches for dogs with special dietary needs. 

Armstrong

If you and your pup are hanging out in the Armstrong neighborhood, stop into one of the two great restaurants you and Fido can dine at together. Renee's Cafe offers a full breakfast and lunch menu, including some hearty sandwiches that your pup will be dying to get a bite of. If you both are craving something a little sweeter, stop into Tutti Fruitti Frozen Yogurt and take a gander at the array of different frozen yogurt flavors you can choose from. Customize your yogurt whatever way you like, and make sure to give Fido a lick. Both of these eateries offer dog friendly patios where your pup can join you.

Scotts Creek

The Lakeport City Park is a lovely park to get a good walk in with your pup. This area has great amenities, like grass for fetch, trees for shade, picnic tables, and a great walking path around the park that Fido can get some exercise on with you. There is also a baseball diamond and the park is fenced in to help keep your pup safe. The park sits on Forbes Creek, which is perfect if your dog gets a little hot and wants to cool off before continuing your walk. Make sure to bring water and clean-up bags with you when visiting this pawsome park.

Westside Park Rd/ Parallell Dr

The Westside Community Park is a beautiful place that you and your pup can explore together. The park offers a playground, water fountains, grass for fetch, restrooms, and a picnic area with a BBQ grill. There is a baseball field and a great walking path around and throughout the park if your pup is in need of a walk while you are visiting. The park breaks off onto two sides of the road, so make sure you check which side you want to go to before parking. Known to hold a lot of local events, there are times when the par can be busy, so make sure Fido is ready to be social when you arrive.

St Francis Dr/ Park Rd

The Lakeside County Park sits along Clear Lake, and a great park to check out if you and Fido want to get out of town. Located in Kelseyville and only two miles out of Lakeport, your dog will have a great time exploring this new park with you. The park is open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., and offers an array of sports fields, grass for fetch, pet waste bags, and restrooms. Take a walk on the paved walking trail that goes throughout the park before you and your pup head home for the day, just make sure to bring water with you.
