Ruth McGowan's Brewpub is a pub and restaurant that dishes out some classic pub food, like salads and nachos. Their outdoor patio is covered to help keep you and Fido cool and comfortable while eating. Both of these great restaurants offer a dog friendly patio so your pup can join you for a bite to eat.

Tarman

Enjoy a great day out at the Tarman Park with your furry pal. The half-acre park has some great amenities for you and your pup including a playground and picnic tables. The park has plenty of trees to provide shade, and there is some grass for fetch. Forunately, this park does have a gate around it in case your pup is an escape artist, and there is a nice paved walking path that goes through the park that you and your dog can use for a nice walk together. Make sure to bring plenty of water with you and some clean-up bags when visiting.

Cloverdale/ Asti

Take your pup out to the J. Rickards Winery for a dogtastic day out with you by his side. They specialize in heart Estates reds and unique Sonoma County whites. They offer a complimentary wine tasting with the tasting room being open from 11a.m. to 4 p.m., perfect if you and Fido want to go after a day at work. Their establishment is dog friendly and they welcome your four legged friend to come along for a tasting and spend a great afternoon out with you at the winery. Make sure to bring some water along with you for your pup.

South Cloverdale

Head out to the Cloverdale City Park for a pawsome day filled with walks and fun. The 7.4-acre park is perfect to go to with your dog, especailly since they have amenities like a play structure, swings, baseball field, basketball court, horseshoe pit, and a picnic area with BBQs. There are restrooms and bleachers for owners to sit around on and p,lenty of shade from the trees. Take a walk around the park and stretch your legs with your furry pal before heading home for the day. Make sure to bring plenty of water and clean-up bags with you to the park.

River

The Cloverdale River Park is a great park to hang out at with your four legged friend, especially if he loves water. The 10.3-acre park has an amazing area for picnics, walking, and biking. You can access the river from this park and take Fido out kayaking if you both love it. There is a paved trail that runs through the park where you and your pup can get a good walk in before heading out on your next adventure. Make sure to keep your dog on a leash while you are visiting the park, and don't forget your clean-up bags.
