When I got my first dog I realized this is what I'm made for! I am enamored with dogs' loyal, loving, and playful dispositions. Walks are not only my pup's favorite part of the day, but mine as well! Can I help your dog get some play (sniff, exercise) time outside on the days when you can't?

Hello! My name is Sarah and I can't wait to spend time with your dog! I always cared for dogs while I was growing up. I also used to help on a friends farm and would care for her 4 dogs, multiple cats, horses and a goat. I do have 3 pets of my own- a 2 year old Border Collie/Great Pyrenees mix, a 7 month old Husky and a 5 year old Tabby. I've always been around a variety of dog breeds of all shapes and sizes and I can't wait to meet yours!

Best Dog Friendly Neighborhoods in Green Mountain Falls
Downtown
Downtown
Downtown Green Mountain Falls is home to Pantry Restaurant, a local eatery where you’re sure to enjoy some good food! And the only thing better than delicious food? Delicious food AND your dog being able to join you! Pantry Restaurant offers delectable homestyle breakfast food, including sweet cinnamon buns and biscuits and gravy. For lunch, try the bison burgers or pot roast. Fido is welcome to join you at any of the outdoor tables, and they’ll even give him water on the house. A leash is required.
Briargate
Briargate
Thirty minutes east of Green Mountain Falls is Briargate, a neighborhood in Colorado Springs. This neighborhood is home to Rampart Dog Park, which locals say is a great place for your pooch to burn off some pent-up energy! This dog park features plenty of room to run around, water stations, and shady seating for puppy parents. This is an off-leash dog park, but your dog must be spayed or neutered to use the park. After playing at the park, head over to California Pizza Kitchen for a slice – or two – of delicious pizza. Outdoor seating is dog-friendly. Bone Appetit!
Chipita Park
Chipita Park
In Cascade, located less than 10 minutes south of Green Mountain Falls, you’ll find Pikes Peak Highway, which many locals claim is a haven for dog owners and dogs alike! In Pikes Peak, your dog can have fun exploring trails and sniffing out local wildlife, or if your pooch prefers the water, there are many streams he can go for a swim in. Whatever your dog prefers, he’s sure to have the time of his life! A leash isn’t required in this park, but it is strongly suggested; this park is so large that there’s concern about your pooch getting lost.
Downtown
Downtown
If you and your pooch are looking for somewhere to grab a bite to eat, consider heading to downtown Colorado Springs, located about 40 minutes from Green Mountain Falls. While this neighborhood has nearly a dozen pet-friendly dining options, one popular spot is Ritz Grill. This popular restaurant serves bistro-style food and has numerous beer choices on tap. Your dog can join you at any of the outdoor tables. If you’re looking for a classic, check out Bingo Burger; their patio is dog-friendly. Downtown restaurants require a leash, so keep that in mind when you go to dine.
Manitou Springs
Manitou Springs
Located 15 minutes southeast of Green Mountain Falls is Manitou Springs, and if your dog likes exploring, and you like history, you’re sure to have a ball here! Stop by Manitou Cliff Dwellings, a museum built into the side of a real cliff. Your pooch is welcome to join you, so long as he stays on a leash at all times. Once you’re done there, head over to Miramont Castle Museum. Small dogs are welcome to be inside the museum with you, and bigger dogs are welcome to explore the large garden outside! Just make sure your pet remains on a leash. This neighborhood also has a few dog-friendly restaurants.
