The park has amazing amenities like a playground, basketball courts, a picnic pavilion, and exercise stations. Take a walk along the paved path that runs throughout the park. 

Grab a bite to eat at Saltwater Cafe. They have a huge menu that offers over 300 items, including seafood, steaks, pasta, and pizzas. Their outdoor patio is covered and welcomes your four legged friend t o sit beside you while you chow down.

The trail offers benchs and drinking fountains at every mile marker and there are numerous ways to enter and exit the trail if you want to cut your hike short. Make sure to keep your pup on a leash while you enjoy this hike, and don't forget your clean-up bags.
