Since Almo is such a small town, there are no parks actually located within the town limits. Don't worry though, the surrounding towns have amazing parks that you and Fido can roam around and get a good day of exercise in at. The Bee Creek Park in Murray, which is only seven miles out of Almo, is a perfect park to take your pup to. The park offers a nature trail where you two can get a good walk in and a huge grass field where Fido can get a game of fetch in before heading home.

While you are passing through Almo, you may need a place to rest with Fido before heading back out. Luckily, nearby Murray has a few pet friendly hotels that you and your pup can stay at together. The Best Western University Inn and the Americans Paradise Resort both allow your pup to get a good nights rest with you.

If Fido isn't a fan of the dog park, the two of you can still have a great afternoon out at the Murray-Calloway Central Park. The park is a whopping 165-acres with a few sports fields, a wooded area dying to be explored, and tons of open space for the two of you to play fetch in.
