Just a block away from the larger Central Park, the vibrant Chestnut Park is where you will find a Veteran's Memorial. Fido will love exploring around the lit walking paths with you at Chestnut Park, which is pawfect for evening strolls. In addition to lit walking trails, Chestnut Park boasts a playful environment featuring several baseball and softball diamond fields, children's playground, and outdoor basketball courts! As you explore the town, its parks and trails, make sure to look out for the large quilt tiles hanging on barns, businesses, and homes. These quilts each tell a story of a family and make up The Calloway County Quilt Trail. Try to find all 40 with Fido!

North Murray

The North Murray neighborhood is a boutique-lovers pawadise and is the ideal neighborhood to visit to do a variety of activities. Shop at the unique stores lining the streets as you head north towards the Bee Park and Soccer Complex, where you and Fido can indulge in even more walking trails and sports amenities, including 15 soccer fields!. If you're hungry, the pup-friendly Culver's restaurant is located across the street and offers doggoes to join their humans in eating their signature ButterBurgers or delicious frozen custard. Take your meal to enjoy at one of Culver's outdoor tables with Fido. Finish off the day with a great night's sleep at the nearby Best Western University Inn Murray. Pups up to 80 lbs are welcome in a pet-friendly room for an extra fee. A convenient grassy lawn surrounds the motel so you can easily walk Fido at night!

North 16th Street

Wag on over to the North 16th Street neighborhood in Murray that cuts straight down through the Murray University campus.
