Hi, I’m Michele! I grew up with a Dalmatian named Daisy and have loved dogs my whole life! When I was young I would board dogs, dog sit and walk dogs whenever I could for friends and neighbors. I have experience with a variety of breeds, big and small, and have a love for large dog breeds. I love getting to know new dogs and learning the unique personality each dog has. I look forward to meeting your dog and making them feel loved and well cared for while we get some fresh air!
Background Checked
I have plenty of experience dog walking because of my background. I grew up owning dogs and learned a lot about proper canine care. I'm a huge dog person and this job is something I am passionate about.

Surrounded by trails and parks, Minot is about 100 miles north of Bismarck and offers many Fido-friendly activities. If you love to hike, plan a day out on the Bison Plant Trail where you and your pooch can walk and enjoy nature. Another great option for hiking is the Woodland Trail where you can walk with the kids and the pup, or stop at one of the fishing piers along the path.
If Fido needs a new bed or chew toy, check out R & J’s World of Pets where you can purchase healthy dog food, treats, and accessories at a great price. When your pooch is sick or needs his routine vaccinations, Minot offers three veterinary clinics with both emergency services and regular appointments. Taking care of Fido and making sure he is healthy and happy is easy in this pup-friendly town.
Traveling to Minot with your pup is also a lot of fun. You will find dog-friendly rooms at both The Days Inn and La Quinta Inn and Suites where your pooch can rest his head and enjoy some love and attention from the hotel staff.
Finding a great place to enjoy a meal with Fido will bring you to Panera Bread where you and your pup can sit at one of the five pet-friendly outdoor tables and eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. A pawsome feature in the Jack Hoeven Park neighborhood is the Dakota Bark Park. Spanning over 3-acres, this fenced in park will have your pup romping and socializing with other pups with unleashed fervor. If you have a smaller shy pooch, there is a separate area where he can play without being intimidated by larger dogs. Pup loving neighbors will often plan a play date for the kids and the pooch and bring a picnic lunch to enjoy outside of the dog park. You can sit on benches under the shade trees and watch the pups play and roll around in the grass. The park even provides a water fountain and doggie waste bags! Throughout the walking paths, you will see statues and information about several Scandinavian countries. Fido needs to stay on a leash and he is not allowed inside the buildings, but you can plan a picnic lunch at the pavilion and admire the gardens and waterfall while strolling through the grounds. Taking your pooch for his morning walk can also be more fun if you stop by Starbucks first and get a hot cup of coffee for yourself, and a Puppaccino for Fido.

After a busy day at work, head over to the park with your pup for some relaxation and fun. The kids can climb on the playground equipment or play a game of basketball on the court. If you need a place to spend the night while in the area, the Holiday Inn Minot Riverside welcomes your pooch for an additional fee.
