Kimball Hill Road
A 20-minute drive south of Londonderry gets you to central Hudson, New Hampshire and Hudson Dog Park at Benson Park. Benson Park is a large park with plenty of forest space, trails, playgrounds, and a petting zoo in addition to the off-leash park. The off-leash dog area includes separate sections for big and small dogs. The other 160 acres of Benson Park are filled with beautiful scenery and areas to explore with your dog. There are miles of trails throughout the park that take you through wooded areas and open fields, and your dog can join you on all of these trails if they're wearing their leash.36

Riverview Gardens
Nashua, New Hampshire's city center is home to an expansive area known as Mine Falls Park, and it's only 22 miles from Londonderry. Mine Falls Park is a 325-acre natural oasis, and it includes a three-acre fenced-in, off-leash space known as the Nashua Dog Park, or the Mine Falls Dog Park. This park was built in 2012 after a dedicated group of volunteers worked to make it happen, and they continue to take great pride in the dog park. Nashua Dog Park has big and small dog areas, as well as walking trails, seating, waste disposal supplies, and water. A small membership fee is required to visit this park.24

Centralville
If you drive 25 miles south of Londonderry across the border in Lowell, Massachusetts, you'll end up in the northeastern quadrant of town. This area is where you'll find Lowell Dog Park, a 31,000 square foot off-leash park that has separate areas for big and small dogs. This dog park was built in 2007 after local dog owners and other volunteers dedicated their own time to make it happen. During the warmer months of the year, there's running water for dogs to drink, but be sure to bring your own in the winter. This park has lighting if you plan to visit later in the day, and there is also seating and shade throughout the park.12

Peppermint Corner
One of the closest dog parks to Londonderry is the one located on the western edge of Derry, New Hampshire. This off-leash park is less than five miles from Londonderry, and you'll find it in the Peppermint Corner community. Derry Dog Park has everything you or your dog could ever want in a dog park, including big and small dog areas, agility equipment, plastic pools for swimming, drinking water for dogs, waste disposal supplies, and seating. You and your dog can also take a stroll around the Peppermint Corner community and have a look at the rows of stunning homes and tree-lined streets in the area.
