Monroe Village Center
The Smith's Clove Dog Park is a great place to take Fido if he is getting a little stir crazy and needs some off leash time. The park is three miles out of Highland Mills in Monroe and offers separate areas for large and small dogs. The park has a dirt ground covering, so your pup may come home a little dirty. If a good walk is what your pup is craving after visiting the park, take a stroll around Smith's Clove Park. This pawsome park offers hiking trails, a fitness course, football fields, and a picnic area. Make sure to bring water for you and your pup.36

Mountain Lodge Park / Salisbury Mills
Located in Chester, just twelve miles out of Highland Hills, the Heritage Trail is a pawtastic 15-mile trail with an asphalt surface which is perfect for you and your pup to hike along. While hiking this beautiful trail, you and your pup will be taken through some corn and wheat fields, and you will even see a cool Saber fighter jet in a park. Although the trail is long, it is still perfect for any skill level of hiker since there are no hills you have to climb. The Black Rock Forest Trail is ten miles out of Highland Mills in Cornwall, and a pawsome trail to explore with your furry pal by your side.
