Cornwall is 10 miles west of Blooming Grove. Cornwall has some tail waggin’ good activities for dogs to do. Cornwall Bark Park is located at 15 Muser Drive. This dog park has two acres for dogs to exercise and get to know a few new wet-nosed friends. The landscape of this dog park is complete with trees and grass. Small dogs have their own patch of ground away from the larger ones. A few plastic chairs give the human companions a place to rest and watch over their four-legged friend. The dog park does not have running water on-site. A decent community spirit makes it commonplace for visitors to share a jug of water or leave a jug behind for those who didn’t plan ahead.

There are benches for human companions to relax while their pups run. This dog park is open to members only who pay an annual fee. No visitors are permitted. Hiking trails are close by the dog park for some added on-leash exercise. The dog park is open from dawn to dusk.

After a long day of play, people and their pups can dine together at La Vera Cucina located at 43 Hillside Terrace. This restaurant offers dog-friendly dining on outdoor tables. Also, Big Mike’s Pizza and Pasta serves up some Italian cuisine at its dog-friendly outdoor tables.
