review

Thea was great with Bowie again this evening. She was sweet, calm, and communicative, and I really appreciated her flexibility with timing around my PT schedule today. Bowie did well going straight outside and settling into his normal route, and it s clear she pays attention to his routines and comfort. Reliable, thoughtful care and clear updates every time. Highly recommend Thea she s been consistently kind and attentive with Bowie.

Courtney was incredible with Bowie today. She took the time beforehand to talk with me about how he s been doing, including his medications and the fact that he s on gabapentin and had acupuncture earlier that morning. During the walk, she was so attuned to him being slower and a bit wobbly, taking little steps and truly meeting him exactly where he was at. I even got to see them briefly while I was on my way to PT, and it was clear how calm, patient, and grounded she is with him. Bowie is always genuinely happy to see her and comes back relaxed and comfortable, which says everything. Thoughtful, communicative, and deeply attentive care. Highly recommend Courtney, especially for dogs who need extra understanding and gentle support.

review

Thea was wonderful with Bowie this morning. She was patient and attentive since he was moving a little slow, and she made sure he got to the sky deck to pee first. She also noted he had a small poop again but seemed to be having fewer issues, which I really appreciated. Great communication, thoughtful care, and a calm, reliable walk. Highly recommend Thea for pups who need a little extra gentleness and attention. Thanks again, Thea, Bowie was happy and comfortable after.

Kendra was fantastic with Bowie. She was communicative, attentive, and clearly thoughtful about his comfort, including giving a clear update about the weather and how the walk went. She took great care of him, followed instructions, and made sure he still had a positive experience despite the drizzle. He looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for afterward, which meant a lot to me. I really appreciated her professionalism, transparency, and genuine care, and I would absolutely book with Kendra again. Highly recommend.

Kendra was exactly what we needed tonight. She was patient, kind, and really met Bowie where he was. Even at a slower pace, it was still a good walk, and I appreciated her thoughtful update afterward. Would absolutely book with her again.

Thea was truly wonderful with Bowie. She took extra time both before and after the walk to make sure he felt comfortable and supported, which meant a lot to me. Her report card was incredibly detailed, and she also took the time to verbally share how he did that level of communication really stood out. She was patient, attentive, and clearly tuned into his needs. She even gave him a little peanut butter on a spoon as a reward for a good walk, which I know was on her own time and out of genuine care. After some difficult past experiences, that thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. I m very grateful for the kindness and intention she brought to Bowie s care. Highly recommend Thea to anyone looking for someone who genuinely goes above and beyond.

Thea did a great job with Bowie this morning. She followed our usual routine, got him settled and pottying, and was really attentive to how he was feeling on the walk. I appreciated her patience and awareness when he was having a little trouble she handled it calmly and thoughtfully. Communication was clear, she followed instructions, and I felt very comfortable having Bowie in her care. I would absolutely book Thea again and recommend her to other pet parents.

Lacey really came through today. She stepped in for an additional walk on short notice after already walking Bowie earlier, and was just as attentive and thoughtful both times. She was sweet with him, checked in before and after, and made the whole experience feel calm and reassuring. You could tell Bowie was comfortable and well cared for. The photo was clearly taken with care, and it was obvious he got a lot of love and attention. Communication was easy and reliable, and I felt very confident having Bowie in her care. I would absolutely book Lacey again and recommend her to other pet parents.
