    “Animals are my life!”

From growing up with pets in the home to working full time with rescued wild animals, I have an array of experience. I worked with sea lions and seals- they are like giant wet dogs! At home, I have 1 dog & 2 cats. I have worked with animals for over 10 years in various wildlife organizations. My family loves dogs so I grew up with miniature and standard poodles. For years, I have cared for elderly pets to young puppies- breeds of all kinds. Both for friends and for clients.

Known for its abundant sea life and unique rock formations, this beach will definitely captivate your pup. A short paved path leads to a viewing platform. Stop here to enjoy the view before continuing down to the sandy beach. Wander around the surf and let your pooch dip his paws in the ocean. During low tide, be sure to check out the tide pools. You’ll see starfish, anemones, and other creatures. Castle Rock can also be reached when the tide is out. Needless to say, you dog will love this place!

Your pooch can romp around in the surf or search for the perfect piece of driftwood. When he’s had enough of the ocean, head inland to the Beaver Creek section of the park. Here you’ll find five miles of trails just waiting to be explored. The Beaver Creek Loop Trail is the main trail. It gives you a great tour of the wetlands. Follow Snaggy Point Trail to the highest point in the park. From the top, your pooch will have a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.
