This is where you will find the Misty Pines Dog Park, a large, fenced-off park in which dogs are allowed to run free off the lead. If all of that was not enough, there are also hiking trails for you and Fido to explore, all within the fenced boundaries. The Fern Hollow Nature Center is always popular, aiming to educate the public about the natural diversity all around. Dogs are allowed to use both of these parks, but a lead, doggie bags and drinking water are essential.

Here you will find the beautifully-kept Sewickley Heights Borough Park, featuring 600 acres of outstanding natural beauty. There are multiple recreational activities available at the park, from horse riding to hiking, but what your pooch will love the most is the park's Off-Leash Area. With everything from open fields to dirt tracks to woodland trails, your pup will really be able to give his legs a good stretch here.
