The view of the water from this part of town is simply pawesome, with plenty of places for you to stop and get a good look around while your dog takes in all of the smells and trees around you. Deep Hole Park is just a few minutes away and is a great little green space for the two of you to visit if you are looking for a neat place to throw around the old tennis ball.

South Kemah

South Kemah is the place to be if you want a pupperific spot for a walk after a long day or a stressful week. Pine Gully is simply perfect for you and your dog to spend some quality time together reconnecting with nature. The sand and the surf will calm you and your pup when you get a load of the dogtastic views of the bay. You will want to keep a towel with you in case the two of you decide to take a quick dip. You will also need plenty of doggy waste bags in your pockets for maximum poop protection!

Mar Bella

Mar Bella is a small community just five minutes south of Kemah surrounded by beautiful ponds and pools. You and your pup are welcome at the ponds, but you may not be so welcome by the pool life guards. Just make sure you obey all posted signs and you will be good to go for an afternoon of exploring until your dog is ready for dinner. Noah's Ark Bar and Grill is a great option if the two of you get hungry and want to find an amazing place to grab a bite to eat after a long day together. They have waterside outdoor seating that your dog will pawsitively love!

Bayview

Bayview is an amazing Kemah neighborhood if you and your pup love camping and the great outdoors. You will find plenty to bark about if you are traveling to the area with an RV. The Kemah RV Park has all of the features you will need, whether you are staying for a few days or a whole week by the water! The bay is just a ten-minute drive away, and the main street of Kemah is just five minutes to the north, so you have easy access to both entertainment and quiet beaches no matter what you and your pup prefer during your stay.

Clear Lake Shores

If you and Spot decide that you want a more maritime experience, the docks of Clear Lake Shores are the pawfect place to rent a small or even a large boat for the afternoon, depending on your experience and budget. Your pup can also walk with you along the docks if you are more of an admirer than a sailor, so there is a place for the two of you no matter what! If you enjoy hanging out with your dog on the docks, just make sure you have a good leash with you and you are prepared to give Sparky some space if the busy scene overwhelms him.
