Brikelle was so great! She was so sweet with our two dogs, and worked really hard to make them both comfortable. She communicated with me throughout my trip and sent me lots of pictures. And she even gave the dogs a bath, trimmed one if my dog s nails, and gave her a haircut. Would highly recommend Brikelle!

Great Salt Lake State Marina sits in the Great Salt Lake State Park, where you can find water approximately two to seven times saltier than the ocean. Your pooch is welcome at the marina, where you both and view the gorgeous horizon on the lake and small the salty air. You could see thousands of birds, too; it’s one of the most popular stops on their migratory path. The marina rests about 16 miles west of Salt Lake City off I-80. The state park offers campsites that butt up against the beautiful lake, which are also pup-friendly. The park hours are sunup to sunset.

Take your pup to West Jordan Dog Park and don’t be surprised when he gives you a grateful lick in the face! The 4.5-acre park comes equipped with all your canine needs for some off-leash fun. It features a designated area for small dogs, along with two other areas for larger pooches. You’ll have no problem finding waste bag stations to clean up after your dog or water spigots to stay hydrated. And there are plenty of benches for you to sit on while your beloved furry friend roams free. Note that there are no bathrooms. The park is open daily from sunup to sundown.

They are open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, they are open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and are closed Sunday.
