I’ve grown up around dogs and want to help out responsible pet owners when at work or away. I will provide on leash walks or runs when necessary and give it a fun break during the day. The dogs I have cared for have ranged from small to large with varying energy levels. I have cared for senior dogs that require oral medications and those recovering from surgeries. I will be home full-time with a wide open schedule to help you out with pet care. Together we can give your dog it’s best life!

Hello! My name is Cassie. I’m currently transitioning from the military and am awaiting Graduate school to start. With an affinity for our furry friends large and small, it’s hard for me to not take them all home. I have a golden retriever, Angus, who is a gentle giant and loves play dates. I have a few years of experience with “temperamental” dogs. I am experienced with muzzle wear and distraction techniques. If your pooch needs a play date, walk, or help house sitting I am available!

“A walk a day keeps the vet away!”
Over the last two years I’ve grown to LOVE dogs. Especially after getting my puppy, Cider. At University, I have taken as many chances as possible to hang out with peoples’ furry little pals - they make life so much better!

Hi there! My name is Kimberly and I’ve always had a love for animals - especially dogs. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, and currently have two sweet rescue pups of my own. I love being outdoors, getting fresh air, and exercising, so walking your dog would be my pleasure. I’m also a huge advocate for traveling, so I thought this would be a perfect way to earn some cash in between trips.

“Energetic, easy going dog walker”
I strongly believe walks are the best way to build a friendly, trusting bond with a dog. I have an anxious minpin back home who I would walk twice daily to help ease his anxiety and get his daily exercise in. Our walks ended up being both of our favorite time of day! I'd love to share that special time with some new canine friends around Bellingham! I used to volunteer at a doggy daycare, and have experience with dogs of all sizes. I promise to keep your pup happy and active while I'm with them!

Hi! My name is Killian and I just finished college in NY and have returned home to the beautiful PNW in a house with a big fenced-in backyard. I love all animals and crave being around them! I have been described as a dog-whisperer and had two dogs of my own growing up. If it weren’t for traveling often, I would rescue as many dogs as I could take care of! I look forward to taking care of your pup!
Hi! I have a wonderful dog, Buster. And he loves to walk with other dogs. He doesn’t mind waiting behind if your dog is not ok with other dogs. I would love to meet your furry friend either way
Hello, my name is Marissa. For the past 6 years I have been working with animals, starting as a kennel worker and working up to being a vet tech for the last 4 years. I just finished vet tech school and am waiting to sit for testing to be licensed. I have many years quality animal experience and extensive training with handling and behavior, basic animal care and emergencies. I have 3 dogs of my own who I adore, and I am excited to give your dog my full love and attention!

Skagit River Brewery is about 13 miles from Howards Corner and they invite you to join your dog for a meal made for fun. Do you like ribs? Maybe some pizza -- everyone loves pizza! Then grab a deck table and enjoy sitting outside in the beautiful weather. You’ll love the craft brews as much as Fido will love begging you for a bite of your meal. Skagit River Brewery is a great place to meet up with your buddies or make some new ones; either way, you are sure to have a barking good time. Please keep your dog leashed.
While enjoying the city, you should definitely make the most of your 13-mile trip by stopping in and visiting a place that was made just for Fido and his fur friends. Bakerview Dog Park is relatively new but it has lots of room for Fido to play off his leash within a safe gated area. He’ll also be able to enjoy the water feature in the summer months. There are plenty of spaces for you to sit and watch Fido work up a good pant. This park is still adding features, so be sure to visit often to keep up with all the new changes.
It is a little bit of a drive at 45 miles, but puntastic Strawberry Fields for Rover Dog Park is definitely worth driving to. When you get there, be prepared to walk your dog through the park on a leash to get to the dog park area. Don’t worry; there are fountains for both of you along the way. Once you get there, you can enjoy all the amenities you’d expect from a great dog park. There are cleaning stations, sitting areas, and lots of room to run and play. This is funded by donations, so while there is no fee to play, you may want to chip in to help keep it beautiful.
With barktastic views no matter where you look, Whidbey Island is a photographer’s dream come true. It is about 48 miles from Howard’s Corner, but once you arrive, you will be glad that you came. Double Bluff Dog Beach is just the right place for you to come and run with your dog. It is maintained by Fetch, which ensures that it has everything you and your dog need to have a great time. You can explore the tide pools, help Fido dig sand castles, and play in the sun for as long as you want. When you are all done, there is a shower to rinse the sand out of your pal’s fur before heading home.
Lake Padden Dog Park is another great spot that’s a bit of a drive from Howard’s Corner. It’s 38 miles to get over to this park, but you will love it once you get here! Your best fur-iend can roam the off-leash trails and even visit the stream for a drink of pure, fresh water. If you want Fido to play with some fur buddies, there’s a fenced-in area that’s large enough for Fido to roam at his heart’s content. There’s plenty of seating as well as convenient parking, which are added bonuses of this pawfect park.
