Dog Names Ending in gi

Tinker was a dog who happened to be born blind and she was having a very hard time getting adopted. As cute as she was, Tinker did have a lot of special needs and she needed to find the right person to love her. Finally, Tinker was adopted by an elderly woman who also adopted a puppy named Gigi around the same time. Gigi and Tinker bonded immediately and the pair became inseparable. Gigi started to help Tinker complete tasks that Tinker had trouble with due to her disability.

Gigi would bring Tinker toys and touch them to her face so Tinker knew to play. If Tinker got lost outside, she would put her nose in the air and yip. Gigi would instantly come running and guide her back to the house. Gigi was essentially Tinker's guide dog- a dog who has her own guide dog! The owner of the duo said that Tinker was clearly the boss in the relationship even though she was blind. She would direct Gigi and Gigi loved it! She just wanted to be with her friend.

Sadly, the owner of Tinker and Gigi had to be moved to a nursing home and the two pups were brought to a shelter together. However, the shelter said they would not separate the dogs and will find a home for both! Who could resist such a cute pair!

Another dog named Gigi, who is quite the celebrity, belongs to the actress Vanessa Hudgens. The actress first talked about her pup when she was booked for the role of Gigi on the Broadway hit, A Highschool Musical. After being cast in the role, Hudgens said that the name Gigi is very prevalent in her life as her mother's nickname is Gigi and the family dog is also Gigi. Seems like the role was meant to be hers and surely Gigi is cheering her on!
